五、报告摘要

The conformal integration of bioelectronic systems with irregular, soft objects is essential for many emerging electronic applications, but difficult to realize with conventional hard electronics. The staggered 2D nanosheet thin films feature bond-free van der Waals interfaces (named as van der Waals thin films: VDWTFs) with a sliding and rotation degree of freedom to ensure extraordinary mechanical stretchability and malleability, and a percolating network of nanoscale channels to endow permeability. The VDWTFs can naturally adapt to local surface topographies and merge with living organisms with highly conformal interfaces, endowing living organisms with electronic functions.Here I will focus my discussion on exploring the VDWTFs and their integration as new platforms for the creation of a wide of flexible/stretchable electronic devices with unique functions or unprecedented performance for realizing soft-hard hybrid bioelectronic systems.

七、报告人简介

颜卓程,现为电子科技大学材料与能源学院博士后。2015年电子科技大学-电子科学与技术专业本科毕业。2021年电子科技大学-微电子与固体电子学专业博士毕业(导师:林媛教授),2018-2020年赴美国加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA进行联合培养(导师:段镶锋和黄昱教授)。主要研究方向为:柔性可延展生物电子器件,二维范德华薄膜电子,研究成果以第一作者发表在Science, Advance Science, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces等国际期刊上,担任ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces等期刊审稿人。
